Description

The Pastry Processing Arts Study Program aims to produce graduates with the ability to work and adapt, skilled in planning, operating, and controlling pastry and bakery product processing, and to create entrepreneurial opportunities or work in the pastry and bakery business professionally and independently.

Learning Outcomes

Graduates will be able to design, create, and present/package products creatively and innovatively with precision, accuracy, and carefulness by applying principles through the selection of equipment, raw materials, labor needs, and cost calculations. They will also be adept at using energy efficiently while ensuring optimization, food and work safety, aesthetics, and environmental friendliness in the pastry and bakery field.
