DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF NHIB POLYTECHNIC TOURISM MANAGEMENT
DIRECTOR
According to the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 Year 2021 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic,
The task of the Director of the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic is to lead the implementation of education and learning, research, and community service, as well as to foster academic community and its relations with the environment. In carrying out these tasks, the Director performs the following functions:
DEPUTY DIRECTORS
Deputy Director According to the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 Year 2021 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic Article 12 paragraph (2) letter a Deputy Director I has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities and development in the field of academic administration, research and community service, faculty development, library and language services, as well as quality assurance.
Deputy Director II as referred to in Article 12 paragraph (2) letter b has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities and development in the fields of general administration, planning, finance, personnel, household affairs, office management, law, organization, procedures, technology and information, and public relations.
Deputy Director III as referred to in Article 12 paragraph (2) letter c has the task of assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities and development in the fields of student affairs, alumni, entrepreneurship, cooperation, and competence certification.
HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
Referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 Year 2021 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic Article 15 letter a Head of Academic Administration, Student Affairs and Cooperation (KABAG ADAK) has the task of carrying out services in the fields of academic administration, student affairs, and cooperation with the following functions:
- implementation of academic and data administration services;
- curriculum administration implementation;
- preparation of educational program administration;
- preparation of coordination and administrative cooperation materials;
- implementation of educational and educational administrative services;
- implementation of student affairs administration;
- management of educational and educational data;
- management of student and alumni data; and
- implementation of student discipline attitude coaching services.
Meanwhile, the Head of General Affairs has the task of carrying out affairs related to administration, household affairs, personnel, planning, finance, law, organization, procedures, state property administration, preparation of activity programs and budgets, as well as monitoring, evaluation, and reporting with functions:
- preparation of program, activity, and budget plans;
- implementation of financial affairs;
- implementation of administrative affairs;
- implementation of household affairs;
- implementation of personnel affairs;
- implementation of legal affairs;
- implementation of organization and procedural affairs;
- implementation of technology and information;
- management of state property; and
- implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
