Below are the Registration Requirements for Requesting Public Information Dispute Resolution:

  1. Applicant’s Identity
    • Individual Applicant (Attach ID Card)
    • Legal Entity Applicant (Attach Ministry of Law and Human Rights Decree and Articles of Association)
    • Community Group Applicant (Attach Power of Attorney)
  2. Documents to the Public Body
    • Letter of Request for Information to the Public Body
    • Response Letter from the Public Body (if available)
    • Objection Letter
    • Response to Objection Letter (if available)

Applications can be submitted directly or via Email to kepaniteraan@komisiinformasi.go.id or kepaniteraankip@gmail.com, attaching the mentioned requirements.
