This program aims to produce graduates who possess the competence to supervise the operational aspects of the Rooms Division. The learning activities are conducted with a 50% theoretical and 50% practical approach, utilizing the Front Office and Housekeeping laboratories.
Learning Outcomes
The Diploma in Rooms Division program is a vocational program that equips students with the skills and knowledge to become supervisors in the Rooms Division, particularly in the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. Graduates of this program are expected to be able to provide excellent service at a 5-star hotel standard in both Front Office and Housekeeping operations. Additionally, they should be capable of planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervising Front Office and Housekeeping operations in accordance with 5-star hotel standards.
