Bandung, August 30 – September 1, 2024 – NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic, through the International Cooperation Development Unit, provided full support for the New Colombo Plan activities organized by Trisakti Tourism Institute in collaboration with James Cook University (JCU) Australia.
The support from Poltekpar NHI Bandung included facilitation and guidance for the City Tour and Culture activities over two days in Bandung. During this series of events, JCU students had the opportunity to visit the Poltekpar NHI Bandung campus for a tour that introduced them to the campus facilities and academic activities.
Additionally, participants were invited to explore the unique aspects of Bandung through local cultural introductions, shopping tours at craft and fashion centers, stunning natural attractions, and heritage sites rich in history. All these activities were accompanied by representatives from the International Cooperation Development Unit and Poltekpar NHI Bandung students, who played an active role in providing a memorable experience for the international guests.
This activity not only strengthens cooperation between educational institutions in Indonesia and Australia but also offers NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic students the chance to interact with international peers, enriching their global perspectives and strengthening international cooperation networks in the field of tourism.
