Bandung, August 30, 2024 — The NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic has once again achieved remarkable success. After securing an outstanding institutional accreditation, the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic Library has now earned an “A” accreditation with an Excellent rating in the Reaccreditation of University Libraries.
This reaccreditation follows the previous accreditation obtained in 2019, where it received a “B” rating. The reaccreditation process, held in the Meeting Room I of NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic, was officially opened by the Director of NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic, Dr. Anwari Masatip, MM.Par., CEE.
The event was also attended by an assessor team from the Directorate of Library Standardization and Accreditation of the National Library, including Mr. Renda Khris Ardhi Artha, S.Sos., M.Si., Ms. Alfi Noor Afridyan, S.IIP., and Ms. Rahmawati, S.I.P. They were responsible for assessing the implementation of library components in accordance with the National Library Standards and the University Library Accreditation Instrument based on Regulation Number 303 of 2022.
After a series of comprehensive visits and evaluations, the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic Library was deemed worthy of receiving an “A” accreditation with an Excellent rating. This achievement is expected to motivate the library to continue improving the quality of its services and to contribute positively to all users and the academic community of NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic.
With this achievement, the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic Library is ready to become a better and more innovative center for information and literacy, supporting the advancement of tourism education in Indonesia.
