Bandung, January 30, 2024 – The NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar NHI Bandung) welcomed a visit from the Indonesian Catering Services Entrepreneurs Association (APJI). The visit was conducted as part of a consultation on the technical implementation of the Presidential Program for Free Nutritious Meals, ensuring an effective and efficient approach for school students.
The Director of Poltekpar NHI Bandung, Dr. Anwari Masatip, MM. Par., CEE, personally welcomed APJI representatives. During the meeting, both parties engaged in an in-depth discussion regarding various aspects of the Free Nutritious Meal Program.
The main focus of the discussion was on optimizing the food production process to meet the required nutritional standards while keeping costs affordable. Additionally, efficient distribution strategies were explored to ensure that nutritious meals could be delivered swiftly and accurately to the intended recipients.
