Bandung, November 4, 2024 – Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung has commenced the ISO 21001:2018 audit process today with the goal of reviewing and strengthening its quality-oriented education management system and commitment to excellent service. The audit is conducted by Ms. Renatha Hutapea and Mr. Miko Irwanto, auditors with expertise in education management standards.
The audit process began with an opening session attended by the leadership, faculty, and staff of Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung. The Director of Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung, Dr. Anwari Masatip, MM. Par., CEE, stated that this audit is an important step to ensure that all educational processes and services provided to students consistently meet ISO 21001:2018 standards.
Ms. Renatha Hutapea and Mr. Miko Irwanto expressed their appreciation for Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung’s commitment to implementing ISO 21001:2018, which emphasizes effectiveness, efficiency, and student-centered educational services.
The audit will take place over several days, covering a review of policies, procedures, and operational activities, as well as interviews and observations to ensure compliance with ISO 21001:2018 standards. The results of this audit are expected to reinforce Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung’s commitment to providing high-quality educational services for students and to maintaining its status as a leading institution in the tourism sector.
