Bandung, September 1, 2024 – The Director of NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic, Dr. Anwari Masatip, MM. Par., CEE., along with the Vice Director III, attended a Hearing Meeting (RDP) of Commission X of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), which discussed the In-Depth Review of the Work Plan and Budget of Ministries/Agencies (RKA K/L) for the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf) of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
The meeting’s agenda focused on an in-depth discussion regarding budget allocation for various programs in the Ministry of Tourism, including the budget allocated for the Tourism Polytechnic. Additionally, there were discussions on program proposals expected to be funded by the Special Allocation Fund (DAK), in accordance with the technical criteria set by Commission X of the DPR RI.
Also present at the meeting were the Directors of Tourism Polytechnics, Deputies, the Chief Inspector of Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf, Mr. Bayu Aji, along with the Secretary of Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf RI, Ms. Ni Wayan Giri Adyani, M.Sc., CHE., who also presented several strategic programs at the Tourism Polytechnics aimed at supporting the improvement of vocational tourism education, infrastructure development, and enhancing the competencies of graduates to meet the needs of the tourism and creative economy industries.
With budget support and collaboration with various parties, NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic hopes to continue contributing to the development of high-quality human resources capable of competing at both national and international levels.
