
Bandung, June 3–4, 2025 — The Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia held the Orientation and Handover Ceremony for the 2024 Fiscal Year Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) on June 3, 2025.
The event was conducted in a hybrid format and was attended by 285 CPNS from all work units within the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), including 21 CPNS assigned to the NHI Bandung Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar NHI Bandung). Those assigned to Poltekpar NHI Bandung joined the event online together from Meeting Room 1 at the campus.
The event began with welcome remarks from the Minister of Tourism and the Secretary of the Ministry, who expressed congratulations and appreciation to all CPNS who successfully passed the selection process.
The series of events continued with the reading of the Integrity Pact as a form of commitment to civil servant values, followed by orientation materials covering topics such as Strategic Planning, Civil Servant Management, General Administration Management, and Legal Aspects in Government Bureaucracy.
On the second day, June 4, 2025, the orientation was hosted by Poltekpar NHI Bandung. The Director of Poltekpar NHI Bandung was present to deliver a welcome speech and congratulate all CPNS starting their assignments at the campus.
The orientation continued with a presentation by the Human Resources Team regarding the institution’s profile and an explanation of staffing and financial administration procedures.
As part of the workplace introduction, the CPNS participated in a campus tour to visit various departments and units within Poltekpar NHI Bandung. The event concluded with a technical briefing by the Human Resources and Organization Bureau (SDMO) of Kemenparekraf on the use of work-supporting applications such as SIMPEG, E-Kinerja, and E-Talenta.
The CPNS at Poltekpar NHI Bandung will occupy various strategic positions, including Human Resources Analyst, State Budget Financial Management Analyst, Legal Analyst, and Government Facilitator. They are expected to carry out their duties with integrity, professionalism, and high dedication in order to support institutional progress and make meaningful contributions to the nation and state.
