The Tourism Destination Management (DEP) Study Program of Poltekpar NHI Bandung has successfully conducted the Final Draft Report Seminar for the Field Project Study (FPS) 2025, held at the 6th Floor Auditorium of the Ciremai Building, Poltekpar NHI Bandung.
This seminar is part of the Field Project Study series—a project-based research activity carried out by 6th-semester DEP students over one semester, starting from January to June 2025. It also serves as a practical course component for 2nd- and 4th-semester students.
The project-based research results were presented and evaluated by a panel of experts consisting of academics and practitioners in the field of tourism destination development. Among the evaluators were:
- Dr. Eko Susanto, SST.Par., MM., Tourism Lecturer at Politeknik Negeri Bandung
- Salman Fakhruddin, ST., Geology and Earth Sciences Practitioner from Universitas Padjadjaran
- Anggun Nugraha, SST.Par., MM., MBA.
- Reno Anggara Mukti, MIL., Tourism Destination Development and Planning Consultants
Under the theme “Synergy for Inclusive and Quality Tourism,” the 2025 Field Project Study serves as a collaborative platform for students to explore the potential and challenges of tourism destinations across Indonesia.
This year, seven groups of 6th-semester students conducted project-based research at seven strategic locations:
📍 Rejang Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province
📍 Kuningan Regency, West Java Province
📍 Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province
📍 Komodo National Park, East Nusa Tenggara Province
📍 Bogor Regency, West Java Province
📍 Pangandaran Regency, West Java Province
📍 Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra Province
Through theoretical studies, field observations, and in-depth community engagement, students are expected to formulate recommendations that support inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable tourism development in each FPS 2025 location. The outcomes of this final draft report seminar will be disseminated nationally at the end of June.
