Improving the quality of education and teaching in the field of tourism, especially Accommodation and Catering Studies through the development of learning capacity
Improving the quality and variety of research for the development of tourism science and technology, especially Accommodation and Catering Studies based on local wisdom
Increase the capacity of tourism scientific applications, especially Accommodation and Catering Studies through community service in order to improve community welfare.
Having the power of reasoning and realistic initiatives in providing solutions to tourism development problems through applicable and implementable conceptual recommendations.

Purpose

Developing Accommodation and Catering as an independent and beneficial science for development.
Develop an undergraduate education program that has the uniqueness of the study and competence of tourism services packaged in a competency-based curriculum and responds to market needs.

Goal

Developing tourism science, especially the tourism service branch in the context of Accommodation & Catering.
Able to develop expertise in policy formulation, human resource development, planning and governance of tourism services, resource utilization & development of accommodation & catering products, and governance in tourism service development.
Have a tactical and systematic thinking pattern in the process of analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, as well as constraints on the complexity of the dynamic and multi-dimensional development of accommodation & catering in tourism services.
Possess reasoning power and realistic initiative in providing solutions to accommodation & catering development problems through applicable and implementable conceptual recommendations.
