Pelatihan Menu, Resep dan Pengelolaan Dapur

Bandung, 28 Februari 2023 – Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung kembali berperan sebagai tuan rumah di dalam penyelenggaraan Pelatihan Menu, Resep dan Pengelolaan Dapur yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Pimpinan Daerah Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (BPD PHRI) Jawa Barat @phrijawabarat

Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Aula Lantai 6 Gedung Ciremai ini, dibuka oleh Bpk. Dodi Ahmad Sofiandi – Wakil Ketua I BPD PHRI Jawa Barat dan berkesempatan memberikan sambutan, Wakil Direktur III, Bapak Erfin Roesfian, mewakili Direktur Poltekpar NHI Bandung.

Hadir sebagai narasumber Bpk. Deddy Surachman – Dewan Penasehat Indonesian Chef Association Jawa Barat dan Bpk. Mandradhitya Kusuma Putra, SST. Par., M.Sc. – Dosen Program Studi Seni Kuliner Poltekpar NHI Bandung.

Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam rangka melaksanakan Program Kerja BPD PHRI Jawa Barat khususnya di Bidang Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat).
